The Angrish Group is a highly personalised and professional consultancy based in Brantford, Ontario. We offer services in real estate, project management and development planning services for both rural and urban areas across residential, commercial, mixed use and industrial sectors. We have a wealth of experience in dealing with all levels of government and all aspects of Ontario planning legislation.

We are a small consultancy where the priority is providing quality advice. We also provide expertise in land appraisals, purchase and sale of residential, commercial and industrial transactions. The co-founders of The Angrish Group are Sunil Angrish and Ruchika Angrish, who immigrated from India and have been residing in Brantford for more than 15+ years.

Our Team

Ruchika Angrish (Co-Founder)

Ruchika Angrish, MCIP, RPP, is the Senior Professional Consultant for The Angrish Group. With her undergraduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning from India and a Master’s in Planning Degree from the University of Waterloo, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. Since founding The Angrish Group in 2020, she has managed and completed several projects throughout the south-western Ontario including County of Brant, Norfolk County, Oxford County, City of Brantford, Town of Halton Hills, City of Hamilton, and Mississauga.

In addition, Ruchika has appeared in front of the Ontario Land Tribunal (former Ontario Municipal Board and former Local Planning Appeal Tribunal) as an expert witness numerous times for various appeals related to municipal planning projects. She holds a Registered Professional Planner (RPP) certification and is a member of the Ontario Professional Planning Institute (OPPI). She is a full member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP), Ontario Association of School Business Officials (OASBO), and the Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO). She has also earned a Certificate from the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) in 2011.

Working on a wide range of projects including subdivisions, condominiums, multi-storey residential, commercial, industrial, retail and mixed-use projects, Ruchika has extensive experience in due diligence, planning strategies, interpretation of planning policies and approvals. She has been representing her clients as an effective liaison successfully guiding applications through the development review process and facilitating project approval. Representing interests of clients in both public and private sector through planning and development processes, starting from initial design, municipal approvals, clearance of conditions and registration. She has great experience in liaising with various levels of government both Provincial and Municipal, and coordinating with all professional engineers, lawyers, surveyors for the successful completion of projects. In addition, she has served the planning community by volunteering as a municipal panelist in various webinars.


Sunil Angrish (Co-Founder)

Sunil Angrish, PMP, BSc., Broker/Manager, is the co-founder of The Angrish Group. He is highly experienced in coordinating and leading complex projects and is responsible for project review, coordination and communication with different stakeholders. He is an award-winning real estate professional, who has assisted hundreds of clients to reach their residential and commercial real estate goals. He is a graduate in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from India and has completed Project Management education from Humber College.

He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2012 from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Before entering into the real estate world, Sunil has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry both in India and Canada in the area of process technology transfer and project management.

 

Kirsten Brotz

Kirsten Brotz is the Office Administrative Assistant at The Angrish Group. Having grown up here in Brantford, she comes with knowledge of the City of Brantford. She graduated from Mohawk College with a diploma in Tourism and Travel. She has worked directly with the public, gaining customer service skills for over 12 years, and has experience in the construction sector, administration, and social media. At The Angrish Group, she manages behind the scenes of the office and projects including coordinating with clients and stakeholders, completing various documents and forms, and social media, all while providing a professional and engaging approach.

Her dedication in managing these behind-the-scenes tasks significantly contributes to the overall effectiveness and professionalism of the organization’s daily operations.
