Welcome to The Angrish Group
Experts in Land Development, Real Estate and Planning Consultancy Across South-west Ontario, Canada
Canada is experiencing a period of rapid transformation. Record-high immigration, housing shortages, and urban expansion are putting immense pressure on cities, infrastructure, and communities. As major urban centres approach capacity, growth is spilling into suburban and rural regions—creating a surge in demand for smart, sustainable development.
Government initiatives like Ontario’s More Homes Built Faster Act and the Federal Housing Accelerator Fund are driving municipalities to update their policies and revise zoning bylaws and fast-track approvals. At the same time, increasing regulatory complexity, environmental priorities, and large-scale infrastructure investments are making expert guidance more essential than ever.
That’s where The Angrish Group comes in.

I strongly recommend Sunil as a real estate agent. From our first meeting to closing day, Sunil was professional, knowledgeable, and truly committed to making the process as smooth as possible. Sunil took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience and expertise, and provided honest advice every step of the way.
Sunil went above and beyond in the sale of our property! My Dad was selling his property while battling cancer, we unfortunately were met with extension after extension during closing but having Sunil on our team made the process seamless and easy. Since he met us he has been passionate, dedicated and determined to help us close, consistently updating us and fighting to make sure our deal close.
We can't say enough good things about Sunil Angrish. From the very beginning, he is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. His guidance and expertise made the entire selling process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you Sunil for making this such a positive experience. Gurjeet and Jyoti
